Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At DucoArt Private Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality custom T-shirts and merchandise, and we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please read our detailed Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy to understand your rights, our processes, and how we can best assist you.


1. General Conditions

  1. Unused Condition Requirement
    • All T-shirts and merchandise must be returned in an unused condition.
    • Original tags, labels, packaging, and any accompanying documentation must be fully intact.
    • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Irrevocability of Requests
    • Once your return or exchange request is accepted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
    • Please ensure you have selected the correct items, sizes, and colors before submitting your request.
  3. Limit on Requests
    • You may place up to two return or exchange requests for the same order.
    • If additional issues arise beyond two requests, please contact our support team for special assistance.
  4. Package Condition on Delivery
    • Do not accept any package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened.
    • Refuse delivery and immediately notify our customer support team so we can investigate and arrange a safe redelivery.
  5. Claims for Damaged/Wrong or Missing Items
    • If you receive an item that is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please record an unpacking video at the time of delivery.
    • Submit this video within 24 hours of delivery to duco@ducoart.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
    • This evidence helps us fast-track your claim and ensures you receive the correct resolution.

2. Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Window
    • You may request an exchange of eligible items within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date.
    • Exchanges made after this window will not be processed.
  2. Exchange Process & Timeline
    • Once your exchange request is approved, schedule a pickup at your convenience.
    • We will dispatch the replacement items within 2–3 working days after receiving the original items.
    • You will receive email and SMS updates with tracking details once the new items are shipped.
  3. No Reverse Shipment Fees for Exchanges
    • We cover the shipping cost for the return of the original item on all exchange orders—no reverse shipment handling fee applies.
    • Please ensure the package is securely packed in the original packaging material to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility & Window
    • Returns (for refund rather than exchange) can be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
    • Items must meet all General Conditions to qualify.
  2. Refund Issuance & Formats
    • Refunds are issued as DucoArt store credits or gift cards, sent to your registered email address.
    • Credits and gift cards will be processed within 2–3 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  3. Credit/Gift Card Validity
    • All issued credits and gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
    • You may use these credits toward any future purchase on ducoart.com.
  4. Reverse Shipment Fee
    • A standard reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund per order, regardless of the number of items returned.
    • This fee helps cover logistics costs incurred during the return process.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your account on ducoart.com.
  2. Navigate to “My Orders” and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Click “Request Return/Exchange” and choose the relevant option.
  4. Complete the form, selecting the item(s), reason for return/exchange, and preferred resolution (exchange size/color or refund as credit).
  5. Upload the unpacking video (if applicable) and submit your request.
  6. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with next steps.
