1. Processing Time

All products are custom made. Production takes 3–7 business days after your order and artwork are confirmed.

2. Shipping Method

We ship worldwide through DHL Express. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• Australia, Middle East, Asia: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days after dispatch

These are estimates; customs or carrier delays may occur.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes (if any) are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with photos, and we will help resolve it.
