By using ducoart.kumarsoft.in or placing an order with Duco Art, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.

You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos and text you submit.
We may decline designs that are offensive, illegal or infringe copyright or trademarks.
Slight colour variations between screen and print are normal.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

Shipping is governed by our Delivery Policy. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy. Custom-made products are generally non-returnable unless defective.

All website content, logos and designs created by Duco Art remain our property and may not be copied without permission.

Duco Art is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
