These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Duco Art website at ducoart.com and all related services provided by Duco Art Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").

By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Duco Art Private Limited.

Duco Art Private Limited specialises in bulk custom printing and branding solutions including but not limited to:

All products are manufactured to order. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Order Placement:

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or phone) along with the approved artwork.
• A purchase order, email confirmation, or advance payment constitutes acceptance of the order.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all products as listed on our website or communicated in quotations.

Payment Terms:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance is required to confirm the order and commence production.
• Balance Payment: Remaining 50% must be cleared before or at the time of delivery.
• New Clients: 100% advance payment may be required for first-time orders.
• Accepted Methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, cheque, or cash.

• All prices listed are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• GST will be charged as applicable under Indian tax laws at the prevailing rates.
• Packaging and forwarding charges are extra unless otherwise mentioned.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders. Confirmed order prices are locked in.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on final quantity, customisation, and material.

Customer Responsibilities:

• You must provide artwork in the required format (preferably AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all text, logos, and designs submitted.
• You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for printing.
• We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork, including typos, incorrect colours, or low-resolution images.

Design Approval:

• Clients must approve design proofs before production begins. Production will not start without written approval.
• Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for any errors noticed after production.
• Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and delays.

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Standard production and delivery time is 20-25 working days depending on order size and customisation.
• Express delivery is available on request and may attract additional charges.
• We deliver across India and worldwide through reliable logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, transport delays, government regulations, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier/shipping partner.

All content on the Duco Art website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Duco Art Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• We will not use your brand assets for any purpose other than your order without your consent.

Duco Art Private Limited shall not be held responsible for delays or losses caused by:

• Natural disasters, transport delays, government regulations, or force majeure events
• Third-party courier services or shipping partners
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute. Our liability for transit damage is limited to the replacement or repair of the affected goods.

You agree not to use our services to print or produce:

• Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or violates any person's rights
• Counterfeit products or content that infringes third-party trademarks or copyrights
• Material that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Any content you do not have legal rights to reproduce

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders that violate these terms or our ethical standards.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

In case of any dispute, we encourage resolution through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days:

• Disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The arbitration shall be conducted in Raipur, India, in the English language.
• Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Duco Art Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
