1.Refund Policy:
Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued as DucoArt store credits or gift cards within 2-3 working days of product pickup and sent to your registered email. These credits/gift cards are valid for 1 year.
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund per order, irrespective of the number of items.
- Return Eligibility
Unused Products: We accept returns of unused products in their original condition and packaging.
Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
